Shephard’s Purse Northern Blue - Matured for 10 weeks. This creamy blue-veined cheese has become a strong cheese that packs a punch. Enjoy this crumbly blue cheese with crackers and chutney to combine the ultimate savoury snack. 

Shephard’s Purse Yorkshire Blue - This handcrafted cheese is made with cow’s milk and then left over a maturing period of 8 weeks to ensure this cheese is wrapped in the traditional blue veined uniform. It’s creamy and crumbly, enjoy it with crackers and delicious chutney.
